Delivery
- Everything we list is in stock. We hold UK stock so your order is ready to ship straight away.
- Next-day dispatch. Paid orders are dispatched the next working day, with delivery typically within 3 to 4 days.
- We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- We will email you when your order has been received, packed and dispatched.
- Matcha is supplied in sealed, food-grade pouches inside protective outer packaging to keep it fresh in transit.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are delivered at the frequency you select and can be adjusted, paused or cancelled at any time. Each delivery is processed and shipped in the same way as a one-off order.
Returns and refunds
Matcha is a perishable food product supplied in sealed pouches. For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of opened products or change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@matchi.info within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
