Information we collect
- Contact and order details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
- Enquiry details you include in the sample request form, such as your message and enquiry type.
- Order and payment information needed to fulfil your purchase. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Technical information such as basic, non-identifying data needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use your information
- To respond to sample requests and enquiries.
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to send order-status updates (received, packed, dispatched).
- To manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Legal bases
We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, including:
- Stripe – secure payment processing.
- Resend – sending transactional and order-status emails.
- Vercel – website and application hosting.
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, including any legal, tax or accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
